Michael Cuddy, Chartered Surveyors, was formed in August 1997 and occupy a conveniently located, highly accessible town centre office in the heart of Blackpool's Professional Business Area.

Michael Cuddy is a graduate in Urban Estate Management having completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1977 and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1990 having previously been admitted as a Professional Associate in 1979.

We have in excess of 30 years experience in both Commercial and Residential property matters covering an area from Lancaster in the north of the region through Preston and the Ribble Valley to Blackpool, Wyre and the Fylde Coast in the West.
