Welcome to Michael Cuddy Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents
Michael Cuddy Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents was established in August 1997 and now occupies a conveniently located, highly accessible and modernised town centre office in the heart of Blackpool's Professional Business Area.
We have in excess of 30 years experience in both Commercial and Residential property matters covering an area from Lancaster in the north of the region through Preston and the Ribble Valley to Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde in the west.
We aim to provide a professional service on all property matters through personal attention and independent advice. We are also pleased to offer initial guidance/advice free of charge and without any obligation.
The Team
Our practice is based in spacious modern offices and employs a back up team who are always pleased to assist in order that your individual requirements are fully understood prior to being undertaken.

Michael is a graduate in Urban Estate Management having completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1977. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1990 having previously been admitted as a Professional Associate in 1979.
Residental Estate Agency
Louise Jeffries, Estate Agent
Louise has been with the practice for over six years. During this time she has confirmed her hardworking and diligent nature by developing from office junior to business administrator and is now, as a result, a qualified Residential Estate Agent through the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP).
Support Staff
Alexandra Thomas provides us with both secretarial and receptionist services.
