Our Fees
Our competitive fee structure is clearly explained to clients prior to proceeding with a project. Fees are based on a “quantum meruit” hourly rate formula or on a scale or percentage as appropriate. Normally all disbursements including travel expenses are included (excluding VAT and specific advertising/marketing material).
The fee is an important factor in your choice of report and this is where our initial advice is essential dependent upon the age and type of property under consideration.
